What's Covered

Our limited warranty covers manufacturer defects and normal wear and tear on frames for up to one year from the date of purchase. If your frame shows signs of defect or breaks under everyday use, we’ll offer a one-time replacement per order to ensure your complete satisfaction.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover lenses, frame hinges, accidental damage, misuse, loss, or any damage caused by improper care or handling. Additionally, frames purchased at a discount of more than 25% off the original price are not eligible for warranty coverage. Third-party purchases are also excluded.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To request a warranty replacement, please email our Customer Support team at support@vintandyork.com with the following information:

• Your original order number
• A short description of the issue
• Clear images of the damaged frame

Our team will review your claim and respond with next steps within 2–3 business days.

Warranty Eligibility Summary:

• Valid for full-price eyewear frames only
• Not valid for frames discounted more than 25%
• Covers normal wear and tear for 1 year
• Limited to one replacement per order
• Must be submitted via email with photos of the damage
• Lenses, hinges, misuse, or loss are not covered
