Ordering & Prescription
You can upload your prescription during checkout, enter it manually, or email it to us after placing your order. If you don’t have a copy handy, your eye doctor can provide one upon request.

Yes, we offer progressive lenses for customers who need both distance and near vision correction in one seamless lens. Our progressive options are crafted for clarity, comfort, and smooth visual transitions.
If you’ve worn progressives before, we recommend selecting the progressive upgrade during checkout. If you’re new to them and have questions, our team is here to guide you.
Yes. All optical frames include free single-vision lenses with polycarbonate material, anti-scratch coating, and anti-reflective treatment. There are no hidden charges for standard prescription lenses.
If you need specialized upgrades such as high-index, blue light filtering, or photochromic lenses, those are available as add-ons during customization.

Shipping & Delivery
Our facility is located in the New York tri-state area. Most of our shipments originate from here.
We offer free shipping via USPS on domestic orders over $250. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. Read our shipping policy.
Non-prescription orders typically ship within a few business days. Prescription orders require additional time for lens customization and usually ship within 7–10 business days.
Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your selected shipping method and destination. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your package is on the way.
If you need your glasses by a specific date, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate. For more information, please review our shipping policy.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email or text with your tracking number. This will allow you to track your order via the shipping carrier.
Returns & Warranty
We accept returns within the stated return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Certain prescription or customized lens orders may have specific eligibility guidelines.

Photochromic lenses respond to UV light, and most car windshields block UV rays. This means they may not fully darken while driving. For strong glare reduction behind the wheel, polarized sunglasses are typically the better choice.

High-index lenses are thinner and lighter than standard lenses. They are recommended for stronger prescriptions, as they reduce thickness and create a more refined look in your frames.

For example, mainstream designer frames and lenses can cost up to $700, while Vint & York frames with single-vision lenses from our Luxury Collection start at $249—nearly 65% less.
Our Luxury Collection is handcrafted in Italy and the USA. All other styles are produced at our partner factory in Asia, adhering to the highest quality standards.
